I specialize in the art of breaking through stress, anxiety, and burnout. I thrive off of the idea of helping individuals establish a strong foundation in one's self, in family, and in community where peace, confidence, and joy can be found. I am passionate about your self-care - not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well.

Trauma and crisis are multi-faceted and not everyone responds to the same approach to counselling. For that reason, I use a variety of approaches. I believe that psychoeducation and skills practice in between sessions are crucial to the healing process, not only to bring awareness to the areas where change and growth are needed, but also as a way for you to apply long-standing change in between sessions, and in your daily life. We will use resources and tools to empower you to move through any barriers that may get in the way of the therapeutic process.

I work primarily from a holistic and strengths- based approach. Meaning, that we will use different therapeutic approaches so that we can set you up for success, and that looks different for each individual. I also love to integrate art and creative therapy approaches into our sessions if that appeals to you.  I am deeply grateful to walk beside each and every one of my clients and I welcome the opportunity to support you in your journey!

“The zone is a state of mind which is marked by a sense of calmness. In addition, there is a heightened sense of awareness and focus. Actions seem effortless and there is an increased belief that your dreams or goals can become achievable and real. In addition, there is also a sense of deep enjoyment when the person is in this unique, special and magical state of being.”
