It's amazing how fresh perspective, compassionate empathy, and gentle challenge can shift us! Effective counselling isn't a one-size-fits-all - I take a very personal and collaborative approach in working with clients. We’re in a better place to change when we're understood on a personal level: who we are, where we come from, and what’s shaping our beliefs. Together we’ll work to understand your unique situation and what you personally need to move forward and reach wellness. Sometimes changes come to us quickly in an ‘a-ha’ moment, but often change occurs overtime, after we practice different ways of expressing ourselves or relating to both others and ourselves with new skills, greater compassion and insight.

Choosing the right-fit therapist is so important, so please feel free to reach out with any questions.

There can be no knowledge without emotion. We may be aware of a truth, yet until we have felt its force, it is not ours. To the cognition of the brain must be added the experience of the soul.   Arnold Bennett
