I am in awe of the spirit and resilience that I encounter in my clients. As they face personal life challenges, it is my privilege to engage with children, adolescents and adults in the rewarding process of self-discovery, coping or healing. My focus is wide-ranging, embracing such issues as ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, gender identity, substance abuse, low self-esteem and social skills.

The treatment of individuals with ADHD is a particular passion of mine. Through a multi-faceted approach, I help children learn positive behaviours and coping strategies in a safe environment. I allow and encourage them to explore and learn without the rejection that is often experienced at school or in other social settings.

With years of experience in private practice, mental health facilities, schools and hospitals, I support my clients in overcoming a variety of challenges. I draw from well-established psychological approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, family therapy and structured play/art therapy. Each approach is respectful and compassionate. Each client is unique, as is their path and our journey together.

The Art of Living lies less in eliminating our troubles than growing with them.
