Life can be hard sometimes, ok often! We may be faced with challenges from the time we are very young, and sometimes the big struggles come later in life. Regardless, we do the best we can with the tools we have, even when these tools are limited or no longer helpful. This can have a profound impact on the life we live. The good news is that things can change and you are already far stronger and wiser than you may realize! You are the expert on your own life, and whether you are working to heal from a past trauma, trying to improve your relationship skills, overcome struggles with anxiety or depression, increase your sense of self-worth, dealing with a loss, or just working to find yourself again…you’re not alone; I can help.

I also recognize some of the stigmas around men seeking help and showing vulnerability, and I work hard to break down those barriers and to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in which men can feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning new skills. Additionally, if you have a teen who may be reluctant to engage in the therapy process, have no fear, I’ve been nicknamed the “teen whisperer” and I take that title very seriously! Please reach out if you’d like to know more, or to explore whether I would be a good fit for you or your family member.

If you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do something you’ve never done.
