If there is one thing that I know, it's that we are all just people (and we all have stuff). Human beings are dynamic, unique, and complex, which is why I work from an eclectic approach with clients, drawing from several approaches to help provide an individualized and holistic framework of practice. In other words, I do what works best for you!

My intention in the counselling process is to provide a non-judgmental environment for you, marked by collaboration, equality, and trust. I believe it’s part of my role to meet you wherever you are right now, supporting you towards wherever you would like to be. I am committed to offering you an effective, evidence-based, and meaningful therapeutic experience, which may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative approaches.

People start to heal the moment they feel heard.” Cheryl Richardson
