Throughout my years as a social worker and now as a therapist I have come to realize that everyone’s normal looks different and there is no one size fits all. Appreciating a person’s uniqueness, beliefs and aligning with their values is paramount to helping meet someone where they are at.  As a therapist I feel that building a relationship with you is the most important aspect of helping you move forward in your journey. Perhaps you are struggling with a problem/issue that is getting in the way of living your best life?

I have a passion for working with adults who are struggling with ADHD/ADD through education, coaching and providing organizational tools.  As well, I can support parents on how best to support their child with this type of brain! When you are ready, I am here to walk with you in a confidential, supportive, non-judgemental way.

“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” C.S. Lewis
